2021-02-09 - From the Rollin Smith book, *The Aeolian Pipe Organ And Its Music*. -- The residence was known as Cedarhurst, which was a Colonial Revival home on a 500 acre farm. The contract was signed Sept, 6, 1916 for a cost of $7,500.00. The organ was shipped june 29, 1917. Subseqent additions were made in by Aeolian 1919 when a Flute F and a Trumpet were added for $1,180.00 and a Harp for $1,725.00. -Jim Stettner
