2025-04-11 - From Twin Cities AGO website: Wurlitzer Organ Co., Op. 45 at a theater in New Ulm, MN. From Wurlitzer list it indicates the organ was from a previous location and was moved to New Ulm Theater. Style "4" model. 2-man/8-ranks (plus percussions). Could have been the historic Turner Theater: New Ulm Turner Hall, with the oldest section constructed in 1873, was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It is the oldest Turner Hall in the United States still in its original use. The north half of the building is a combination of exterior wall elements of a 1901 hall/theater that burned in 1952 with a 1953 interior and main facade. Turner Hall remains one of the most active in the country and one that continues its original mission at the same location after more than 150 years. -Paul R. Marchesano
