2021-05-31 - Zaring's Egyptian Theatre opened November 2, 1925. During the theatre's life the name was variously styled as Zaring’s Egyptian Theatre, the Zaring Theatre, and the Egyptian Theatre. It closed as a movie theatre in 1961 and operated as a stage theatre and concert venue for a few years. It was torn down in 1969. -William Dunklin
