2021-09-17 - This was the relocation and rebuilding of the 1970 Balcom and Vaughan organ from Grace Lutheran Church in Bellevue. The instrument was removed to Bond's shop in the summer of 2019, thoroughly reconditioned and installed at Holy Family in the fall of 2020. Significant alterations include the provision of a new movable console and flamed copper and polished tin pipe display. The high-pitched Swell mixture was replaced by a 4' Principal made from the pipes of the original Great 8' Principal. The final stop to be installed was the 8' Trumpet within the Swell enclosure, completed in September 2021. -Joe O'Donnell
