2021-11-30 - Built by Charles E. Haskell, and appeared in a July, 1910 listing published in *The Diapason* by the firm. In 1908 the Church of St. Jude merged with the Church of the Nativity. In 1949 the decision was made to sell the center city church buildings and move to Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill. Original building subsequently known as Ruffin Nichols Memorial AME Church. In 2011 the buildings were for sale; all has been demolished and new housing was built on the site. -Paul R. Marchesano
