2021-12-02 - Built by Charles S. Haskell, and appeared on an opus list published by the firm in The Diapason, January, 1909. The building was built in 1893, architect Isaac Pursell. The congregation was founded in 1859 and had E. & G.G. Hook & Hastings organ of that year in the previous building and location. The organ is not extant here. The church is now known as New Hope Temple Baptist Church. -Paul R. Marchesano
