2023-12-09 - This organ was constructed in 1941 or early 1942 for WTMJ's Auditorium Studio, and specifically tuned for FM broadcasting. It was sold to a Fred Weickhart in March of 1946, and removed by May of that year. WTMJ replaced it with a Hammond Electric Organ. A letter dated October 13, 1947 from WTMJ management, in response to an inquiry about the original organ, states that it was moved to and installed in the First United Church of Cincinnati, Ohio. -Aaron Bolton
2023-12-10 - I am a former employee of WTMJ-TV and conducted extensive research into the facility's history during my employment. -Aaron Bolton
