Notes

2022-08-21 - This structure was owned and built by Albert P. Greim a preminent builder of birdhouses. It was started as part of a large scale plan to create a structure that was a chapel, residence, and birdhouse factory. In the course of doing so, this building became an official outlet of the Episcopalian Church an even officiated the weddings of 7 couples . Albert sadly passed before the total plan was realized. This structure is sometimes known as "Birdville Church," "Greim's Dream," and House Wonderful, the largest birdhouse factory in the country!" -Zenas Savage
