Notes

2022-10-06 - The contract noted the organ was to have a "case of chestnut of chaste design; front pipes decorated in plain gold bronze." The cost of the instrument was $1,720 including the electric blower and was to be "made of good used materials, keys, pipes &c., and guaranteed for 5 years." The organ was donated by a parishioner of the church, J. C. Vonderau. According to the Rev. Aaron Astley, current pastor of the church, the organ was rebuilt by R. A. Denton & Sons of Hamilton in 1959, and again in 1998, and is in good condition and in regular use. -Andrew Henderson
