2023-02-05 - According to *The Times* (Owen Sound, September 12, 1899): "The organ is the largest in town. It was built by Mr. Walter Spencer, once a citizen of Owen Sound but now of Hamilton. Mr. Spencer was in town several days assisting and supervising the placing of the organ in its position." -Andrew Henderson
2023-03-16 - According to the *Times* (Owen Sound, May 16, 1919) upon installation of the church's new Casavant Organ (Opus 794), the Spencer instrument was sold to Tara Methodist (now United) Church and rebuilt and electrified by Warren & Sons [Warren Church Organ Co.?] of Woodstock. -Andrew Henderson
