2023-03-19 - From the *Nanaimo Daily News* (July 26, 1907): "Sunday next, July 28th, will be observed as another high festival in St. Paul's Church, when the new pipe organ, built by Wordsworth & Co., of Leeds, England, will be dedicated at the morning service. Mr. Jesse and Arthur Longfield, of the Victoria College of Music, have been busy installing the organ during the past three weeks, and are well satisfied with the organ. It is blown by water power with a Pelton wheel which has been installed by Hinton & Co., of Victoria, and is giving good satisfaction." -Andrew Henderson
2025-02-20 - This organ was destroyed in a fire in 1930. It was replaced by a 2 manual Cassavant organ, after the church was rebuilt at 29 Church St. in Nanaimo. Information received online from Clara van Meel on 2025-02-14 -Paul R. Marchesano
