Notes
2023-05-23 - This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified from note on the parish website which state, *"St. John’s 100th Anniversary Organ/Sanctuary Renovations project was completed and dedicated on April 17, 1983. This project included construction of a new Altar Guild room and staff office; installation of a new 24-rank pipe organ designed and created by John C. Gumpy of Lehigh Organ Company, Macungie, Pa.; renovation of the chancel and nave designed by architect Jack Williams; and new worship appointments and seasonal paraments."*
This Lehigh organ was later combined with an unidentified organ donated by Grace Lutheran Church of Allentown, PA. when that congregation closed in 2019. -Jim Stettner
