2023-06-20 - Originally 1957 Wicks, Opus 3636, II/11 unit organ, installed in a chancel chamber. A Rodgers console and many electronic voices were added in 2002, at which time Rodgers removed one rank of pipes (Great Twelfth) and extension octaves of most ranks. Original console was removed. Organ was used in this condition until approximately 2019 when, during a building renovation, the Rodgers console was moved to the rear gallery and the Wicks was disconnected. Remainder of the Wicks removed in July, 2023 in preparation for installation of a new chancel organ by Quimby Pipe Organs, reusing several ranks of the Wicks. -Eric Dolch, Sr.
