Notes

2023-07-08 - This entry represents tonal additions and alterations to the existing 1937 Moller organ. Identified through online information from Jack Umholtz. -Jim Stettner

2023-07-08 - Transplanted note from a related OHS Database entry:** Database Manager on August 03, 2009:** Updated through on-line information from Jack Umholtz. -- Additional information on stoplist. The Chimes and Vox Humana tabs are a different shade than the rest, and I was told years ago by my organ teacher, who was an organist at Freiden's from 1936 through the early 1970's, that these two stops were not on the instrument originally. They were added after it was installed. The Vox Humana took the place of the Swell Unison Off tab, and the Chimes took the place of the Sw to Gt 16' coupler tab. The Chimes themselves are the first ones I've ever seen that are not only graduated in length for the pitch, but also in diameter: the lower the note, the larger the diameter. -Jim Stettner
