2023-08-10 - From *The Montreal Star* (October 28, 1899): "The large three-manual Warren Organ from the Church of St. James the Apostle, St. Catherine Street, which is being replaced by a new electro-pneumatic action Karn-Warren Organ, is now for sale at a price which will place it within reach of many churches, who feel the want of an organ of this kind. At the time of its manufacture, it was one of the largest and finest organs in the city. It originally cost $6,000. The D. W. Karn Company, Limited, Karn Hall Building, St. Catherine Street, will furnish all particulars regarding price and terms." -Andrew Henderson
