2024-05-08 - Among the place's many owners since ca. 1800 were my great aunt Charlotte Bemiss Christian and her Titanic survivor husband Robert Williams Daniel Sr. In the brick 'playhouse' there, bigger than lots of houses, was this impressive looking instrument that was no longer functional when I finally got to see it as a boy. When my widowed great aunt died my uncle Norton Mason was supposed to have packed the organ off to some school. Alas, anybody who could tell me anything is dead.
