Notes

2024-06-24 - "The new St. Mark's Lutheran Church was dedicated to-day...Specially arranged music lent additional Interest to the services, the new pipe organ being used for the first time. The church Is a splendidly arranged and artistically constructed edifice. It is constructed of straw-colored pressed brick on mountain stone foundation...The big organ, which was built especially for St. Mark's, is pronounced to be an excellent instrument...The acoustic properties of the auditorium are perfect."
