Notes

2024-06-26 - This entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified from the 'History' page of the church website which states, ". . .the congregation voted to purchase a new organ from the Schlicker Organ Co. in Buffalo N. Y. at a cost of about $36,000. This was to be a two-manual, nine-rank instrument, installed in the gallery. Brown Brothers of the congregation built some of the case work, with the balance of the organ coming from Buffalo. The old organ was sold. The Schlicker organ was dedicated at the morning service on Transfiguration Sunday, February 9, 1975." -Jim Stettner
