2024-11-09 - The Kilgen instrument was incorporated into a II/14 Mutchler instrument in about 1968. All original Kilgen pipework, wind regulator, and chests were incorporated, with the Dulciana relocated to the Great division and replaced with a similar 8' Aeoline. In November 2024 the instrument was disabled, the console destroyed, and the remainder of the organ offered for sale. -Shawn P. Keith

GREAT (The Great straight chest was divided into two sections due to chamber limitations, with the exception of the 8' Flute (a cylindrical Flauto Dolce, which is on a pair of electric-action chests. The Swell 8' Salicional was on a pair of electric-action chests while the rest of the Swell division was on the original Kilgen four-rank electro-pneumatic unit chest. The Pedal 16' Bourdon was on a pair of electric-action chests, even down to 16'C.)
