2025-02-25 - According to Carnegie Corporation files, the instrument was installed in 1905 at a cost of $1,500, half of which was paid for by Andrew Carnegie, replacing a reed organ in place for approximately 30 years. The application includes the following: "an understanding with the organ builder, C. E. Morey, of Utica, to duplicate the instrument in the Westminster Presbyterian Church of Rochester, NY, for our church." Morey installed an organ at Westminster Presbyterian Church, Rochester, in 1903. -Andrew Henderson
