2025-03-13 - From the church history page: "The present St. Mary's Church was begun in 1898. The name of the parish was changed from "Our Lady of Guadalupe" to St. Mary's Church on September 10, 1903, when the cornerstone of the present building was laid and St. Mary's Church was dedicated on October 5th, 1904. -Paul R. 2025-03-13 - From church website: Originally built in 1947 by the Wicks Organ Company of Highland, Illinois in memory of Mr. Thomas O'Connor, Sr. Enlarged in 1954 and placed in new chambers. Extensive repairs in 1997. Is currently functioning, but in need of rebuilding in the near future. -Paul R. Marchesano
