2025-04-06 - From "The Canadian Lutheran" (Vol. 6, No. 10, August 1918): "Sunday, May 26th, was a day of rejoicing for Holy Trinity English Lutheran Church [now First Lutheran Church], Humberstone [now Port Colborne], when the new pipe organ, which has been in the course of installation all winter, was solemnly dedicated to the service of God ... The keys to the organ were handed to the pastor by Mr. Legge, father of the builder, and who himself had taken a prominent part in the erection of the instrument ... After an opening hymn and prayer and a selection on the organ by the builder. Mr. C. Franklin Legge, the organist in Central Methodist Church, Toronto, the mechanism and workings of the organ were explained by him and informal addresses by members of the Organ Committee." -Andrew Henderson
