2025-05-23 - Also from Rollin Smith's book we find that Mrs. Bartlett's address is listed as "209 East Avenue". The Bartlett Mansion at 1010 East Avenue was built in 1907. (Source=Donald S. Hall's "East Avenue Mansions" presentation.) It is likely that Mrs. Bartlett was in residence at a different address when she contracted with Aeolian as her house at 1010 was being built. In any event, when the instrument was parted out in the 1980's, the Aeolian console and windchests were definitely in 1010. The CC St Diap pipe has the legend "Flauto Lontano 1046" on its front face. -Mark A. Smith
2025-05-23 - [The] Organ console was in the entrance hall. Asbury UMC purchased the property in 1943, and built an edifice to the east of the mansion. -- information received online from Mark A. Smith, 2025-05-23 -Paul R. Marchesano
