Identified through online information from Jayson Engquist (May 20, 2025): There is a City of Minneapolis reference to electrical work being done in anticipation of a new pipe organ in 1947 at a different address: Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church, 4301 First Ave. So., Minneapolis, MN.
