2023-04-05 - The Jardine replaced an 1888 Emmons Howard, which was damaged in the 1938 Hurricane and further damaged in a church fire in 1942. The Jardine was installed second-hand from a church in White Plains, N.Y. It too became damaged by a serious roof leak and was replaced by the Waterford Conn. organ technician Allan McNeely with a new instrument made from recycled Austin windchests, console, and parts, and may have included pipework from the defunct Jardine. The organ is still in use in 2023. -Scot Huntington
