2022-11-04 - A letter of May 30, 1983, from Eugène Laplante, Casavant, to Edward Moyette at St. Matthew Church, Central Falls, RI: "The organ was installed in Mr. H. R. Austin's home in Beach Bluff. It bears Casavant Op. number 1106. The console was built by Casavant in 1925. The wind chests, however, were from Casavant Op. 200, built for Centenary Methodist Church, Hamilton, Ontario, in 1904. The old pipework was from a Hook & Hastings tracker which Mr. Austin had bought in Chicago. The newer pipework by supplied by Casavant in 1925." -Jeff Scofield
