2004-10-30 - Relocated to St. Paul's Anglican, Victoria (Esquimalt), BC in 1913 when this building was torn down. Original cost c. $4600. -Database Manager
2007-02-19 - Updated through on-line information from Douglas Adams. -- Sliding glass doors enclosed the keyboards. The "Iron Church" was a prefabricated building shipped from England in 1860, very noisey during rainstorms. Organ was sold to St. Paul's for $1000 in 1912 when the building was replaced. -Database Manager
2024-09-27 - "The Iron Church presided over the corner of Fisgard and Douglas Streets until the Hudson's Bay Company made the parish an offer for the land which couldn't be refused. So parishioners commissioned a new church to be built at Mason and Quadra Streets and it opened on Dec. 22, 1912." -- church website history page -Paul R. Marchesano
