2004-10-30 - Ded. 19 Mar 1895, R. Huntington Woodman, organist. In West gallery. Pedals, tubular pneumatic. Key action was chest pneumatic. the finger actuates only a small disc, which, when opened, allows compressed air from the bellows to open the valve. Adjustable combination action. Choir pipes were installed at a later date than original installation, Church reopened in 1981 after 12 years of inactivity. Organ in poor condition then. Console altered - terraced stop action replaced by tabs over manuals, combination pedals replaced by 6 thumb pistons. 2 tonal changes in Swell. -Database Manager
