2004-10-30 - Built for Otto Bollman residence in St. Louis, MO in 1895. Sold c. 1899 to John Ringling for his residence in Baraboo, WI. Donated by Mrs. Ringling in 1916 to this church. -Database Manager

2005-06-23 - As of 2005 the organ has been removed from the church, is in storage, and is for sale. -Database Manager

2009-09-03 - Updated through online information from Richard C Greene. -- In fall, 2009 the instrument was still in storage at the Hendrickson Organ Co in St. Peter, MN. -Database Manager

2018-02-27 - Updated by Fred Dahlinger Jr., naming this as the source of information: Baraboo (WI) Weekly News, April 27, 1922, p2.<br> Corrected entry--Built for Otto Bollman residence in St. Louis, MO in 1895. Sold ca. 1900 to Alf T. and Adella [Della] Ringling for their new residence in Baraboo, WI. Donated by Adella Ringling and her son, Richard T. Ringling, in 1922 to this church. NOTES
Originally built for the Otto Bollman residence in St. Louis, Missouri.
Sold to the Ringlings ca. 1900 and installed in their Baraboo, Wisconsin
home by Geo. Kilgen & Sons of St. Louis. In 1922, the organ was given by
the Ringlings to St. Joseph R.C. Church in Baraboo.

The organ is free-standing and encased with a 5-sectional façade containing
69 pipes arranged: 6-5-47-5-6. The center section of 47 pipes is divided
into an upper and lower façade with the upper having 17 full-length pipes,
and the lower façade being two arched sections of 15 pipes each. The keydesk
is attached and projecting with stops taking the form of drawknobs on either
side of the keydesk.

The organ was removed by 2005 and was in storage at the Hendrickson Organ Co.
in St. Peter, Minnesota.
