Brigus, Newfoundland United Church Double Diapason 16 Bourdon (bass) 16 Open Diapason 8 Lieblich Gedact (tc) 8 Bell Gamba (tc) 8 Stop'd Bass 8 Principal 4 Harmonic Flute 4 Mixture 12.15 II Cornopean (action fixed) 8 All enclosed except Open Diapason and Bourdon Compass: 56/25 The organ looks very well, with a handsome front of painted pipes, but it has not been used for years. A Hammond stands in front of it and an electronic keyboard on the church floor. The electric blower seems to have been disconnected. However, when hand-blown, it sounds very well indeed, with only a few minor faults. There seems no reason why a day's work could not bring it back to full use.
