2012-06-22 - Updated through online information from Dennis Schmidt. -- Original Joel Butler organ from 1875 was in Peace Lutheran Church in Beverly, MA as a one-manual 6-rank organ. Joe Chapline moved the organ to Needham MA in 1982, added five ranks and second manual. It is now in two divisions, a Great manual (on the top) which is in a case behind the console, and a Ruckpositiv (on the bottom) which is behind the player mounted on the gallery balcony. The organ stoplist has only principal and flute stops, no strings and no reeds. -Database Manager
