2013-10-23 - Updated through online information from Steven Ottományi. -- The two-manual and pedal console faces the rear of the church and has stop tabs and no rolltop. The pipes reside in two chambers recessed into the slightly canted rear wall, with minimal grills covering the openings. The tops of each chamber are angled at 45 degrees to aid sound projection. Facing the back of the church, the Swell division is in the left chamber and the Great and the independent Pedal stops are in the right chamber. In spite of the depth of the chambers, projection is excellent into the nave thanks to extremely favorable conditions: marble wainscoting on all walls one fourth the way up to the ceiling; the rest is cement, sealed and painted white. The coffered ceiling rises eighty feet above the floor of the nave in the center, and approximately seventy feet at the walls. Inside the recessions in the ceiling are multi-colored ornamented, sound reflective tiles. Stained glass windows are rather narrow. Seating capacity is 1,200. -Database Manager

The solid cement floor is covered with Terrazo, except for the Altar platform and Sanctuary floor, which is marble. Two shallow transepts in the front of the church cause little disruption in sound dispersal. Seating capacity is 1,200. -Database Manager
