2023-02-11 - This church is on the real estate market seemingly for private ownership, organ goes with the sale. The organ is playable. Seems to have been maintained well, especially for a 100+ yr old tubular pneumatic! 25 note straight pedalboard. Swell shoe, cresc shoe (no time to test if operational) Gr-Ped reverser Sw Trem. (unknown if works currently) Hinge top It is tubular pneumatic and voiced for its period. Most pistons work.
