2007-06-19 - Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- According to the Estey Opus List as printed in the Boston Organ Club newsletter (1973-79), the organ appeared as "burned" on a later list. The church's website confirms that the church was "ravaged by fire on Easter Monday" in 1909. The present masonry edifice was constructed the same year. The present instrument is evidently an electric action organ with electro-pneumatic chests. Perhaps the Estey pipework was salvaged? -Database Manager
