2015-09-13 - Updated through online information from Charles F. Shaeffer. -- Kimball Op. 6781 restoration was completed in January 2010. The restoration was financed in a large part by History Colorado which has some very stringent guidelines. All work had to be documented with the instrument returned to as close to the way it was originally built.

The only change made to the organ was the installation of a solid state relay system installed in 2004 before the Scottish Rite was awarded the History Colorado grant. The list of pipe ranks etc. from the August 2008 issue of The Diapason is not completely accurate.

Seventeen ranks operate on 10" w/p. The Diapason Phonon and Tuba in the main chamber are on 15". -Database Manager

2018-02-27 - Updated by Charles F. Shaeffer, who has heard or played the organ.
Pipe chambers are above the domed ceiling on either side of the 20' diameter stained glass oculus. Solo chamber above stage (east end) and main chamber above rear (west end) of auditorium. Both chambers speak through tone chutes. -Database Manager
