in the 1973 rebuild, done at a total cost of $45,260:

Great: Open Diapason replaced
       Harmonic Flute extended to 8'
       III Mixture replaced Viola da Gamba
       Super Octave added

     
Swell: Principal replaced Violina
       Nazard replaced Aeoline
       Oboe moved from 8' to 4' with 12 new pipes 
 
Choir: unchanged

Pedal: Extensions added

The church has also a set of Deagan Tower Chimes, and preserves an
original Deagan song book. 
An interesting document in the files is a packing list from the
1973 rebuild, reading: "Contents: One (1) M.P. Moller, Inc. Pipe
Organ".
