The status of what will be done with the organ or its constituent parts is unknown as of April 13, 2007. A work crew is stripping the building of what ever parts can be removed. -Database Manager

2012-01-19 - Updated through online information from David Jenkins. -- I am the Organist/Music Director of Most Precious Blood Church and have been since 1970. The organ was built by Carlton Michell in 1892. It was moved from Our Lady of Pompeii in the South End in 1956 by LaHaise and Sons. It remains in good condition at Most Precious Blood, which did not close in 2007. -Database Manager
