2004-10-30 - Offered for sale by Erben Organ now standing in the Broadway Tabernacle. [Broadway Tabernacle was originally 6th Free Presbyterian on Anthony according to Ogasapian. This was probably in the 1836 bldg.] -Database Manager

2023-07-10 - From - The Evening Post, New York, NY., Sept 6, 1842. "THE subscriber offers for sale the Organ now standing in the BROADWAY TABERNACLE. The exterior is Gothic, 20ft high, 14 wide, 9 deep- two sets of keys and pedals, compass of keys from GG to F alt, compass of pedals from CCC, 16 feet to D, an octave and a fifth. The stops are as follows: GREAT ORGAN- large open diapason, second size di, stopped diapason, principal, twelfth, fifteenth, sesquialtera, 4 ranks, trumpet; SWELL - dulciano, stopped diapason, dulciana, principal flute, hautboy; CHOIR BASS- stopped diapason, dulciana, principal; PEDALS - double open diapason: Couple to connect the pedals with Great Organ. This is a powerful and fine toned instrument and will be sold a bargain. -Steven Bartley
