This was the first organization of the company by this name, when the brothers took on partners in 1905, the company was reorganized as Louisville Organ and Orchestrion, the brothers left this firm in 1909 and re-formed the second company by this name, see: August Prante's Sons (Builder ID=217) —Ed.
