Friesen, "The Prante Organbuilding Family", The Tracker 37:2 (Richmond, Va.: Organ Historical Society, 1993), 16-17. This was the second time the Prante brothers took on this name, the first was in 1901. In 1905, the company was reorganized as Louisville Organ and Orchestrion when new partners entered the business.
