Fox (Organ Historical Society, 1997). - Established by William Milligan and Frederick P. Frank in DeKalb, Illinois, 1981 as American Classic Organs; Milligan left after first year; the firm relocated to Courtland, Illinois, as American Classic Pipe Organs, a subsidiary of Pipe Organ Industries, Inc.; active in 1985. 2016-05-23/2019-02-11 - From the OHS Database Builders Listing Editor, May 23, 2016. - Michael Fazio used a similar business name when he and Richard G. Taylor became business partners in Connecticut around 2000. American Classic Organ Co. was formed by the merger of Fazio's service business with Taylor's Berkshire Organ Company. The two purchased Austin Organs Inc. in 2006, and American Classic Organ Co. merged with Austin.
