2014-09-06 - The organ retained and modified the Choir and Solo divisions of the highly-unified 1929 4/47 Moller of 173 stops, which was designed by Frederick C. Mayer of West Point; the Positiv, Great, Swell and balance of the Pedal were all new divisions by Austin and located in the forward part of the original organ space on the second floor level (above Solo and Choir), speaking into the church through large grilles in the chancel and south transept; merged with St. Andrew Episcopal to become St. Andrew & Holy Communion in 1973. -Database Manager
