       Every man who has to do with this organ is hereby notified to
       read the entire specification throughout before undertaking
       the operation he is to do. There are lots of special prepara-
       tions and appliances effecting each department, which must be
       checked before work is begun. Every foreman is required to
       check through for his own particular work to see that nothing
       is overlooked. If any points are not understood, get further
       information from the office.
