2008-01-22 - Updated through on-line information from John W. Decker, Cleveland, OH. -- I have the Concert Flute and Unda Maris that were not used in the Skinner re-build (Austin Opus #573). It was offered in the Diapason Magazine in the 1990s. I saw it and bought it for $500. It was a direct purchase from Brigham Young Univ. and the bottom C is stamped Opus #573. They said it was not used in the Skinner Rebuild. It's a home hybrid organ and the twin set is gorgeous. -Database Manager

(In 1948 the Austin organ was moved to the auditorium of the Joseph Smith Building at Brigham Young
University in Provo, Utah. The Celestial, String, and enclosed Great divisions were removed, and a
few stops were retained for use in the Aeolian-Skinner in the Tabernacle. The instrument was sold
for parts when the building was demolished ca. 1990.)
