2005-06-24 - Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was originally built for the Cheerio (Stradley) Theatre atop Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. It was only there for six years before being relocated to the First Methodist Church in Aberdeen by Balcom & Vaughan of Seattle in 1930 and installed "as is" minus the percussions and toys - save for the retained chimes. The organ was moved to the present edifice and reinstalled by organ technician Richard Warburton of Seattle in 19?? -Database Manager

NOTES
This organ was originally built for the Cheerio (Stradley) Theatre in Queen Anne /
Seattle, Washington. It was installed by Sandy Balcom in 1925. A scant five years
later it was removed from the theatre and re-installed at First Methodist Church
at First & F Streets (sans percussions) by Balcom and Provorse of Seattle. It was
later relocated to the new (and present) church edifice by Richard Warburton.

The 8 missing tablets on the Accomp. were likely percussion stops. The 7 missing
tablets on the Pedal were likely three 1st Touch traps and four 2nd Touch traps.
