The combination pistons were added in 1966 for $486.00 along with some unspecified additional couplers. The organ makes use of some recycled materials. The Great 4-stop chest (8, 4, 2, III) is a Reuter chest that was built for a Spokane job, but never installed due to a space conflict. The Rohr Flöte chest is a Balcom and Vaughan chest built for Gloria Dei Lutheran in Olympia, but not used due to a space conflict. The Rohrflöte pipes and 16' bass extension are from the 1911 Kimball organ built for First Methodist Episcopal in Seattle, and revoiced. The 5-stop Swell chest is a Möller duplex chest from a Seattle residence (likely, the Tobias residence) which allows for selected stops to be borrowed to the Great. All other chests were built by Balcom and Vaughan. In 1983, the Swell Gemshorn Celeste was added along with the Great 8' Trompette with the Fagott relocated to the Swell. Also, the Pedal got a new independent 8' Principal and 4' Octave to replace the original 8'/4' unified and tapered Spitz Principal. The cost of this work was $21,600.00 plus applicable tax.
