Notes
2006-05-10 - Identified through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn:
Extant; slight alteration by Berkshire; alterations (except one) reversed by A. Thompson-Allen Co. -Database Manager
2020-04-27 - Organ is in fairly good condition. Some minor leaks and cyphering. Overall is in mostly orignal condition with some very minimal changes done by Berkshire Organ Co. -Gavin Klein
2021-09-19 - As of 9/18/21: Organ is in fairly good condition. The one stop not replaced to original is the GT 8' First Open Diapason (replaced by an 8' Spitz Flute). However, some of the original pipes of this rank still exist stored in the chamber. There are a lot of wind leaks and the instrument is very dusty, but the pipework is in good shape. The blower is a 5hp Spencer delivering 6" and 10". -John Roper
