NOTES:

The exact nomenclature of stops and controls presented above is not verified.
It was taken from the files of Balcom and Vaughan of Seattle, and also from
writing on the extant original pipework. The organ was installed in two chambers
in the rear gallery with the Swell on the right, and the Great and Pedal on the
left. Placement of the console is not known, but is suspected to have been at the
gallery rail and at center.

The organ was electrified by Balcom and Vaughan in 1954 with a new console. No
tonal additions were made, but additional stops were added by placing the Swell
16' Bourdon on new Balcom and Vaughan Kilgen-style E-P unit chests, and unifying
it to play at 16', 8', 4', 2-2/3', and 2' pitches, and also borrowing it at 16'
& 8' in the Pedal. The independent 8' Stopped Diapason was eliminated. Also added
were a larger complement of pistons, as well as full inter-divisional and intra-
manual couplers. Much of the work was sub-contracted to Clele d'Autrey of Portland.
