NOTES
The church's previous instrument was documented by Eugene M. Nye, Tonal Director for Balcom and Vaughan Pipe Organs of Seattle as having been built by the W.W. Kimball Co. of Chicago. It is listed as being a II-manual
and pedal organ with 19 speaking stops, 19 ranks, and 1,066 pipes. It employed tubular-pneumatic playing action. It was sold when the sanctuary was renovated and in preparation of the new Wicks pipe organ, which is
about half the size of the Kimball. It was purchased by C.L. __________________
of____________________________ for $3,000.00.

The Wicks pipe chambers are located on the front, right side of the auditorium with the Great closest to the congregation and the Swell closest to the front wall of the sanctuacy. The console sits across the platform with the organist facing the chambers, their right side to the congregation.

The Great was prepared for an 8' Unda Maris (flat celeste) to go with the 8' Dulciana, but the Maas-Rowe Vibra Chord was installed instead. The Vibra Chord has 44 notes from F 18 through c 61. It has seven possible sounds: Dolce, Celesta, Muted Harp, Harp, Vibrachord, Orch. Bells, and another Dolce.

The two blank tablets in the Swell were prepared for an 8' Salicional and a 4' Violina (extension) of 73 pipes.
