2007-04-12 - Identified through on-line information from Anthony Meloni. -- The organ was built by JH & CS Odell in 1901, contract signed in 1900. It was originally tubular pneumatic, and contains 2 manuals and 28 ranks. The organ was electrified in the 1960's by the Odell Co., and original 12 ft bellows ribs and top removed and replaced with 3 floating tops. Water damage to Great chest, and must be retabled. 5 ranks have been used in other organs in and around New York City. The organ was purchased by Anthony Meloni in 2002 after the church decided not to restore. It is currently in storage in Port Chester, NY, and is still salvageable. The Swell is in excellent condition, as are the remaining pipes. Pedal stops are on several 15 note chests with one common pull-down action. May be easily electrified. The console shell with replacement Klann stop tab rail and keyboards still sits in the church, as it was built into the front wall of the church -Database Manager
